Coren is a second-degree cooperation; a cooperative of cooperatives, in other words. The main cooperative consists of producers of poultry meat, eggs, pork meat, cattle and rabbits, and comprises around 3,200 farmers from the Spanish Galician region. At the same time this corporation is integrated into Coren. This structure ensures that all employees and the Coren team are directly involved in the management. Their objective is to achieve the highest quality in each and every phase of the production process. They have been doing so in a socially responsible way for more than 50 years.
