At Nomilk2day I am able to combine my (management) expertise in agriculture and food with the beautiful recruitment profession. I like to go off the beaten track and international recruitment processes awaken my enthusiasm. Together with my colleagues, I will not rest until I find that one perfect candidate!
HOW DOES YOUR STORY START?
After finishing technical college and university, I started as a management trainee with a multinational logistics company. I was soon sent to London to manage an international trade route. Soon after that, I decided to move to Eastern Europe to set up a branch for a Dutch trade company. As a commodity trader, I was able to put the knowledge and experience I gained in international business to good use. This was my first contact with the agricultural sector. It is an interesting and particularly dynamic world that has taught me to bring parties together. After this position, I was given the opportunity to take the helm at a feed factory; an opportunity I grabbed with both hands. In 2016, I decided to join the team at Nomilk2day, where I am happy to match people with great enthusiasm.
WHAT DRIVES YOU AS A PERSON?
Being challenged tickles my enthusiasm, and I get energy from taking the path unknown. This could be finding and engaging that one dream candidate or wrapping up challenging recruitment trajectories abroad. The more complex a trajectory, the happier I am!
AND WHEN YOU ARE NOT AT WORK?
When I'm not working, I love spending time with my wife Ewa, our son Oscar and last but not least Ruby, our naughty Australian Shepherd. You can often find us hiking in nature, if we are not traveling, that is!
