What you’ll do as a Business development manager Feed & Food • Pro-actively support new business development for strategically important preservation solutions • Establish and manage new Research & Development projects in important markets • Global support of sales management in establishment of new local sales leads • Creating new marketing material (presentations, brochures etc) in close co-operation with marketing department
This is what you need to have as a business development manager • MSc Animal Nutrition or BSc Agriculture or similar degree • Accountable for executing the Preservation strategy • Accountable for supporting sales to meet the Preservation’s overall marginal contribution targets relating to products sold in Feed segment • Accountable for business development in the region from a strategical perspective • Team up with Preservation- and sales team to develop mutual account plans to accumulate more business • To pro-actively work on improving Preservation business performance in line with strategical plan and objectives • Accountable for having organization work together with BU’s on Opportunity pipeline to generate new business Your challenges will be to develop new solutions to meet customer demand, to explore new opportunities. In this position we are looking for someone who can work methodical and has the ability to set goals, be thorough and follow up these chances.
