With the arrival of Marieke, Margriet, and Marco, a powerful team has been formed to support organizations in the food, agriculture, and industry sectors with issues related to leadership, culture, and organization, both strategically and in an advisory capacity. What started as an idea has now become a cornerstone within Nomilk2day: HR Consultancy. A team of experienced professionals works daily with organizations in the food, agriculture, and industry sectors on various HR issues.
"The great thing is that we have truly become a partner for our clients," says Emiel Berg, who has been involved since the inception of HR Consultancy. "We discuss strategic topics such as leadership, culture, and organizational structure, but also assist with concrete issues like reorganization or filling an HR position. This combination makes the work valuable."
The practice is diverse. The team facilitates reorganizations, supports in setting up supervisory board structures, conducts culture surveys, provides executive coaching and career advice, and advises on compensation structures and employment conditions. Additionally, the consultants often step into interim HR roles when organizations require temporary extra knowledge or capacity.
According to Emiel, the core is collaborating to enhance employer branding.

The demand for professional HR support is increasing, especially as the job market evolves and many companies seek ways to engage and develop their employees.
